Loose paint will be removed, and raw wood,will be primed prior to finish coat being applied. Caulk will be applied around all windows and doors. Removal of rock and dirt and landscaping to enable painting below the ground.Protect all walkways, driveways, pool decks, patios, windows, fencing,
lighting from sprinkles and over spray by covering with drop cloths and plastic .
PAINTING
Apply finish paint by brush and roller.we may also spray finish depending
on surface or customer preference.
